Currently accepting clients for February 2025

We are now scheduling assessments for individuals ages 13 - 17 with Dr. Kat. It is important that the teen's name and email address be entered when using the "book online" link. If they do not have an email address yet, then we ask that you please create one for them so they can access the intake history form, self-report rating scales, and final report. Parents will have an opportunity to provide additional information about the teen's traits, behaviors, and experiences throughout the evaluation process. It is important to remember that the evaluation is to understand the youth as best as possible from their own experiences. If you have any questions or concerns, then please give us a call.
